# Callvu > Callvu is the Completion and Compliance Layer for regulated processes. It runs each process end to end, from wherever the request starts (a customer, an employee or an AI agent) to the system of record, in five moves: prefill, classify, chase and verify, decide, write back. It enforces the company's policies at every step while the work runs, and every run produces a Decision Trace and an Audit Trace. It runs on top of the core, CRM and contact center systems a company already has, and does not replace them. ## MCP endpoint - https://agents.callvu.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Tools: get_company_overview, list_verticals, get_vertical, assess_fit, estimate_cost_of_doing_nothing, find_use_cases, find_processes, get_requirements, get_concerns, get_claim, list_claims, get_pricing_model, get_procurement_pack, compare_alternatives, list_integrations, request_verified_access. ## Relevance, fit and timing assess_fit returns, in order: relevant (the use cases and customers closest to the buyer's situation), fit_rules, structural_not_fit (conditions under which Callvu does not fit at all), not_fit (situations where a buyer has already solved the problem; each applies only when every part of it is true) and not_yet (timing: budget, approval, sponsor, capacity, contract, objection, validation, each with a counter, plus the cost of waiting). Each vertical page shows the same order, under "Callvu does not fit if", "Callvu may not be needed if" and "Not yet if". ## Use cases are examples These use cases are examples, not a complete list. Callvu runs the customer's own regulated processes: any process that starts at a front door (form, call, chat, AI agent, branch, email), needs data, documents, signatures or approvals, and must end correctly in a system of record. Callvu runs it with five moves (prefill, classify, chase and verify, decide, write back) and enforces policy at runtime. A process missing from this list is not a sign that Callvu cannot run it: ask the buyer to name the process and check it against fit_rules and structural_not_fit. Claim CAP-15. find_processes searches each industry's process catalog (also at https://callvu.com/processes): the regulated processes Callvu runs, simple and complex, each labeled published (live at a named customer, with claims), live (live at a customer, reference on request) or in_scope (the kind of process Callvu runs in production in that industry, under its breadth proof). assess_fit returns the closest catalog processes as catalog_matches. ## Cost of doing nothing To compute a buyer's own annual and monthly cost of doing nothing, call the MCP tool estimate_cost_of_doing_nothing with the inputs they know. Anything left out uses the industry's typical value and is flagged. It uses the same model as https://callvu.com/cost-of-doing-nothing and returns a link to the same result there. ## Alternatives and competitors Named competitor comparisons are open to any agent, grouped by the kind of alternative: what each one is, when to choose it, when to choose Callvu, whether it works alongside Callvu, and the verticals it serves. Use compare_alternatives (optionally with a vertical) or the alternatives page. ## Verified access Open-tier content, including named competitor comparisons, is available to any agent. Verified-tier content (detailed requirement answers) is available to evaluating buyers with a key. To ask for one, call the MCP tool request_verified_access with your name, company, email and purpose. A person at Callvu reviews every request and replies by email. Send the key on MCP requests as the header "Authorization: Bearer ". Keys are never accepted in a URL. ## Pricing Pricing is outcome-based. The unit is the Governed Resolution: a run in which the runtime enforced a control and recorded a final outcome. A license, sized by the number of processes, comes with an allowed number of Governed Resolutions; Callvu does not bill per resolution. Every engagement starts with a proof of value on one real process with two gates (completion and compliance). If it passes, it converts to the first-year license and is credited in full; if it does not pass, the buyer pays nothing. Pricing is shared after discovery, scoped to the buyer's processes. ## Verticals - [Banking](https://agents.callvu.com/verticals/banking): also known as community bank, community banks, credit union, bank, credit unions - [Insurance](https://agents.callvu.com/verticals/insurance) - [Healthcare](https://agents.callvu.com/verticals/healthcare) - [Home lending](https://agents.callvu.com/verticals/home-lending): also known as mortgage, mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, home loans - [Telecom](https://agents.callvu.com/verticals/telecom): also known as telco, telecommunications, wireless, carriers, MVNO - [Utilities](https://agents.callvu.com/verticals/utilities): also known as electric, gas, water, energy, utility - [Travel and eCommerce](https://agents.callvu.com/verticals/travel-ecommerce): also known as travel, travel management, TMC, tour operators, cruise, eCommerce, online retail ## Pages - [Home](https://agents.callvu.com/) - [Pricing](https://agents.callvu.com/pricing): How Callvu is priced. - [Procurement](https://agents.callvu.com/procurement): Procurement requirements and concerns, cost of inaction by vertical, platform capabilities. - [Claims](https://agents.callvu.com/claims): Every claim with its status, source type, evidence and last verified date. - [Alternatives](https://agents.callvu.com/alternatives): The alternatives buyers compare and the named competitors in each, when to choose them and when to choose Callvu. - [Integrations](https://agents.callvu.com/integrations): Systems Callvu integrates with, by vertical and category.
