CAP
A process can be started by the customer's server, a webhook from any system, a phone menu that texts the caller a link (Visual IVR), the Callvu AI chat, an outside AI agent over MCP, a campaign spreadsheet, a public link or an inbound email.
A process can pause for an emailed reply and resume when it arrives.
A process can run steps in parallel and continue when all branches, the first branch, or at least N of M branches finish, for example two of three approvals.
A process can call another published process as a reusable step, and each called process can carry its own compliance policy.
A process can loop back to an earlier step, for example to ask again until the right document arrives.
Inside a run, Callvu collects data in guided screens prefilled from known values, sends email and SMS with the run link, calls the customer's systems through their APIs, and routes on multi-part conditions.
When a person must decide, the case goes to the right reviewer in the Decision Desk, with only the allowed choices, and the run waits for the decision.
Reviewers can be inside or outside the company. An outside reviewer needs no account: they open the case from a link sent by email or text and decide in the Decision Desk, never by replying to an email.
Agents can see and join a customer's screen live through co-browsing, across several screens in one run.
Callvu ships 29 industry policy presets, including PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, NAIC, FCC CPNI, TCPA, NERC CIP, Reg Z and NYDFS 500.
Automatic and agent-sent reminders go out until a screen is submitted.
One setting turns off every AI feature for a tenant.
A process can run a timer that tracks a regulatory clock, such as a response or disclosure deadline, and act when it runs out.
The back office report shows what came in by work type and channel, what is due and for whom, what is stuck and on whom, who did the work and how long it took, and the skills to staff. Callvu feeds the customer's WFM tool, or builds the report on the Callvu Analytics API.
Callvu runs the customer's own regulated processes: any process that starts at a front door, needs data, documents, signatures or approvals, and must end correctly in a system of record. The published use cases and the process catalog at callvu.com/processes are examples, not a complete list.
CO
Callvu was founded in Israel in 2012. Its US company is CallVu, Inc.
Callvu has ten named customers in production: AT&T Business, DIRECTV, Banca Transilvania, Bank Leumi, Ministry of Health, Phoenix Insurance, Aflac Japan, Liberty Latin America, PSEG Long Island and Community Bank of Mississippi.
More than 100,000 agents work on the Callvu platform, and more than 1,000 processes are live across customers.
Callvu raised about $10 million at its start, and has been profitable and growing since.
Reference calls are arranged case by case, matched to the buyer's industry and process.
DLV
Callvu builds the processes for the customer, trains them and stays through launch and ongoing management, live in a few weeks versus a few months for traditional BPM suites.
ENF
Callvu enforces every policy while the work runs, whether a person or an AI started it. A step marked required that fails fails the run.
Six evaluator agents assess every invocation (completion risk, compliance evidence, policy interpretation, data trust, audit readiness, exception patterns), and one deterministic orchestrator decides: execute, execute with safeguards, escalate to a human, or block.
Every run produces a Decision Trace (why each AI action was allowed) and every workflow execution an Audit Trace (the chronological governance record).
Any AI agent, including the customer's own, can start a Callvu process over MCP, and the same evaluation and enforcement apply. Sensitive data never goes into an AI chat; must-not-skip steps stay on a process-controlled screen.
If AI fails, the process keeps running. An evaluator that does not respond within its timeout triggers a configurable fail-safe policy.
Callvu Studio comes with most regulations already loaded as policies for every vertical served. Company SOPs are added as company-level policies and enforced the same way.
The Decision Trace and Audit Trace are pushed in real time to the customer's GRC and BI tools, and audit evidence is immutable.
PHI masking is tested and live.
Callvu Studio's policy library covers every regulation listed on Callvu's industry records, and new frameworks are added continuously.
HLT
The Ministry of Health hospital network runs 23 hospitals on Callvu and keeps adding more, with 3x faster procedure approvals, 78% faster patient consent and more than 1M pages of paper eliminated.
At the Ministry of Health, a process chains up to five patient forms and signatures and ten internal steps; completing one step starts the next, for example surgery consent starts anesthesia consent and sends the procedure to the approving committee.
The Ministry of Health hospitals also run HR hiring, onboarding and benefits on Callvu.
At the Ministry of Health, patient intake checks that the person is insured, and patient profiles are created and updated in real time.
At the Ministry of Health, Callvu integrated with very old legacy systems at several hospitals, and brings ERP, CRM and EHR data into one experience.
At the Ministry of Health, a new process deploys in about 2 weeks without a new integration, with 3+ fewer touches per process.
Callvu integrates with the EHRs Epic, Oracle Health (Millennium), MEDITECH, Altera Digital Health, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks and Veradigm, plus several niche systems.
HND
Callvu runs a regulated process end to end, from wherever it starts to the system of record, in five moves: prefill, classify, chase and verify, decide, write back.
Callvu classifies each request into a unit of work (work type, skill, effort, due date) the moment it lands.
Callvu reads what the CRM, core or EHR already knows and prefills, so the customer only answers what is missing.
Callvu requests missing documents from the right party on a clock, reads them on arrival (OCR) and checks each against what the case needs.
INS

Phoenix Insurance has 40% fewer agent-led calls.
Phoenix Insurance completes life insurance applications about 9 days faster.
Phoenix Insurance doubled payment plan participation.

Callvu integrates with the core banking and loan origination systems Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, CSI, Corelation (KeyStone), Finastra (including LaserPro), Temenos and nCino.
If a system of record is unavailable at write back, the run waits and retries a set number of times, then stops and flags the case for a person.
During a core system migration, Callvu keeps running on the current core and switches its write back to the new one when it is live.
MTG
Bank Leumi runs its home lending (mortgage) workflows on Callvu in Israel, under Israeli lending rules.
Community Bank of Mississippi runs TRID loans on Callvu: the completeness check before Processing, the handoff between teams, and the TRID Loan Estimate and changed-circumstance clocks.
Callvu integrates with the loan origination and servicing systems ICE Encompass, ICE MSP, Sagent, MeridianLink, nCino, Temenos and FIS.
PIL
The proof of value covers one real process, has a fixed scope and two gates (completion and compliance), and ends with the Decision Trace and Audit Trace for the buyer's risk team.
A proof of value that passes both gates converts to the first-year license and is credited in full; if it does not pass, the buyer pays nothing.
A proof of value runs 4 to 10 weeks from kickoff to a proven result.
A proof of value can start against a test system of record while the buyer's security review is still running.
A proof of value can start now and convert to the first-year license when the buyer's next budget cycle opens, so the decision to buy waits for the budget while the proof does not.
PRC
Callvu prices on outcomes. A license sized by the number of processes comes with an allowed number of Governed Resolutions; runs that end before any control is enforced do not count, and Callvu does not bill per resolution.
Every Governed Resolution has a matching record the customer can inspect.
The license includes white-glove service for every process in it (design, implementation, maintenance and optimization) for as long as the license runs, plus hosting, software updates and patches, and support.
ROI
The Cost of Doing Nothing estimator uses the buyer's own volumes and costs, shows its formula and emails an Excel model.

Callvu holds a PCI DSS Attestation of Compliance dated October 2025.
Callvu is delivered as hosted SaaS on AWS. It does not offer on-premises deployment or private labeling.

At contract end, a customer's database is exported to the customer or securely deleted.
An independent firm penetration-tests Callvu annually.
HIPAA business associate agreements are standard.
Uptime commitments of up to 99.98% are available in enterprise contracts, as with AT&T.
