How Callvu is priced

Last verified:

Callvu's pricing is outcome-based. The unit is the Governed Resolution: a run in which the runtime enforced a control and recorded a final outcome. A completed process counts, and so does a non-compliant action the runtime blocked. A run that ends before any control is enforced does not count.

  1. Proof of value. One of your real processes, a fixed scope, two gates. The process must complete at the agreed level, and every completed run must carry a clean compliance record. Your risk team reviews the Decision Trace and Audit Trace. If both gates pass, it converts to your first-year license and is credited in full. If it does not pass, you pay nothing. It runs 4 to 10 weeks.
  2. License. Sized by the number of processes, and comes with an allowed number of Governed Resolutions. Callvu does not bill per resolution. Every Governed Resolution has a matching record you can inspect.
  3. What the license includes. White-glove service for every process in it, for as long as the license runs: Callvu designs, implements, maintains and optimizes each process. Hosting, software updates and patches, and support are included.

Callvu builds the processes for you, trains your team, and stays through launch and ongoing management. Callvu does not publish a rate card. Pricing is shared after discovery, scoped to your processes.
